Chandoli National Park

Chandoli National Park is one of the under stated beauties amongst all the national parks in India. Located at Sangli in Maharashtra, Chandoli National Park is popular for its sahyadri tiger reserve & the rich Koyna Wildlife Sanctuary. The park was established around 13years ago in 2004 and is spread across 307.67 sq.km and is colorfully rich in its flaura and fauna as well as wildlife spotting.
In 2007, National Tiger Conservation Authority declared Chadoli National Park as a tiger reserve and currently is home to atleast 66 leopards and 9 tigers which makes it a popular tourist destination too. Also you can come across a lot forts dating back to the shivaji era and the other Maratha Kings. Hence a day to Chandoli park assures you a lot of adventure, lot of photos and some real fun amidst the nature.
